I just read that the fabulous Tamron Hall will be showcasing her own talk show and I couldn't be more happy for her.
In case you're not familiar with who Hall is, she is a former NBC Today Show co-host.
About five months ago, Hall left NBC after she was relegated to a lesser role after putting in some solid work on the Today Show.
Instead of staying, she quit to chart a course that would value her experience and contributions.
She's starting to reveal her come back plan and I couldn't be more happy for her.
Hall is an example to never let someone relegate you to a lesser role than what you know you've earned.
I understand and that's also why I left the corporate game to pursue the ultimate game: becoming a boss babe entrepreneur.
Chart the course for your own life.
Design it, plot it, and then go LIVE it!
